Mazdoor (A Labor Management System)

Abstract

Labor Supply Organization is a contract based Labor providing company to other huge and developed companies. It acts as an intermediate company between Labors as well as other companies in need of Labor for some time. The intermediate company assigns Labor their schedule i.e. timing, days of work, per hour wage. These Labors are supervised by the supervisor who is an employ of intermediate org. All these employees (Labor and Supervisor) are working under the CEO of the company.
