dc.description.abstractThis study intends to examine the effect of pay for performance directly and indirectly on the employee’s creativity through the mediating role of psychological safety in advertising agencies of Pakistan. For this study I have used Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory. The questionnaire method have used for data collection from 160 advertising agencies’ employees, form the Lahore and Bahawalpur through convenience sampling technique at the same point of time (cross sectional) and data analysis is done in warp. PLS this shows the positive relationship between the hypotheses. This study is done on individual level.
