Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning ERP system is an information system which integrates and optimizes the information business processes and transactions in a firm/organization. Now a day ERP systems are globally very successful, every organization want to make their resources managed. If we only consider the ERP implementation there is no significant impact on performance of ERP adopters and non-adopters to check the impact of ERP on performance. A research on ERP author use ERP adaptation ERP history ERP extension and check the impact on supply and firm performance. They observe that longer the experience with ERP higher the impact on overall performance (Bernhard W. et al. 2006). The purpose of ERP is to facilitate the organizations and manage connection with stakeholder’s ERP should base on low cost and high quality. It’s an era of competition of networking which generates a competition between local and global business environment and between different companies and that of supply chain (Ahmad S. et al. 2012). This increase the pressure to meet customer demand and achieve customer satisfaction; one has to increase their quality standards and enhance customer service to attain the cost reduction (Ahmad S. et al. 2012). Many other big challenge include managing stock customer services and distribution sales work flow operations and material (Ahmad S. et al. 2012).
