dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of mental health on workplace wellbeing along with the mediating effect of resilience. According to the designed framework of the study, one model is developed in the course of the research to study the impact of resilience on mental health and workplace wellbeing. Few studies have already been conducted that covers the working class of banking sector. However, no study has been conducted that can evaluate the state of psychological well-being or prevalence of mental disorders in the project employees working in public sectors. For the purpose of data collection, this study focuses on project initiative of Punjab Government. More precisely, Planning & Development (P&D) is Mother Department of all Government projects so it is chosen for the purpose of data collection These organizations are consulted to gather information via conducting surveys (Personal Interviews, or impersonal interviews) and by using a structured questionnaire. As far as method of analysis is concerned descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, correlational analysis, and multivariate regression analysis are computed to develop this relationship. A random sample of 150 respondents is chosen from the above mention organizations.
