Like others, the supply chain system of construction projects is badly affected due to COVID-19. The widespread of COVID-19 has broken most transport links and distribution mechanisms between providers, production facilities and clients. The project managers’ and stakeholders’ are looking for effective strategies to achieve normal state of operations in the recovery phase of COVID-19. This study aims to assess the logistic capabilities of construction projects and determine their direct and indirect effect (via supply chain resilience) on project performance. It also aims to explain the moderating effects of supply base complexity and environment uncertainty on logistic capabilities and project performance. Data was collected through surveys and analysis was carried out in different statistical software. This study is a cross-sectional study. The findings reveal the significant direct relationships along with the substantial and positive role of supply chain resilience by mediating between logistic capability and project performance. Further the moderating role of supply base complexity and environment uncertainty was found significant as well. The total responses collected from construction industry for this research were 316.
