Bazar Online (Free Classifieds)

Abstract

Before the rise of online classifieds, buyers had to visit local stores and look for the products they were willing to buy, sellers also had to invest and look for places where they could sell their products. However, after the advent of the online classifieds, things have been made easier. Neither a seller has to look for a space to sell his/her products investing a great amount of money, nor is it necessary for buyers to look around for the product they want and waste their time and energy. In Afghanistan, people are slowly turning to the internet and with the passage of some time, the internet would have a huge amount of users in Afghanistan. We are launching a free classifieds platform because a need is seen among the local community for a platform where they can gather together, search for any type of product location based and purchase, sell or advertise if they are willing to. We are providing a friendly environment where ad posters can post their product ads easily and free of cost. Any individual can be a user of our Web and Android application. They only have to go through a short process where they register themselves and can take advantage of all the services we are providing them. We are building this platform to break the barrier caused by the physical limitations and to allow buyers and sellers to purchase and sell products according to their own convenience by just some mouse clicks. Moreover, the presence of some online classified websites in Afghanistan is very limited. Very few websites are available which are not having even Android application, so if we build a user-friendly and responsive platform having an android application, and with proper promotions, we can catch users’ attention. This platform would be less heavy and user-friendly.
