Abstract
This study is conducted to analyze the impact of Job Embeddedness on Creativity, with
Voice behavior as a mediator and Perceived Organizational Behavior acting as Moderator
between Job Embeddedness and Voice Behavior. Hypotheses were deduced from the
literature and are supported by the Conservation of Resource Theory. This research is
specifically carried out to investigate the creativity which is usually demanded in the
software industry. Data from 313 employees working in the software industries in
Pakistan was collected. The questionnaire was uploaded to the Google survey Form and
individuals were contacted on their social websites account and the link was dropped in
their mailbox. Demographic variables like age, gender and qualification were treated as a
controlled variable, because of their possible confounds. To check the mediation and
moderation effect Linear & Multiple Regression Analysis was done by the method of
(Preacher & Hayes). Results show that there is a positive and significant relationship
between the observed variables and all proposed hypothesis were supported. The
mediation is measured by change in the R2. Moreover, interaction plot from the values
attained from Preacher and Hayes moderation test was plotted to illustrate the
relationship. In this study, the theoretical and implications for management has also been
