Pakistan Auto Odyssey: Automotive Experience Center

Abstract

With the rapidly increasing demographics of motorsport enthusiasts in Pakistan, this thesis presents an initiative, Pakistan Auto Odyssey: an automotive experience center, preserving our history, and providing a platform for car meets and motorsport gatherings, through admiration, virtual experience and other car-oriented activities. Legitimizing car culture, with opportunities and for global recognition as a car community of Pakistan. Hence creating a common space for car enthusiasts to gather, and build a strong representing community. The core objective of this thesis will be to frame the emerging passion for motorsport in Lahore, and planning facilities for them, creating an infrastructure for multiple automotive events, like auto shows and car meets. A communal space, based on flexible spaces, and representing the beauty of automotive design, architecturally.
