Monitoring, Controlling and Reporting Lab Resources (TechLab)

Abstract

The Computer Lab is an important part of schools and university, but is there any system to manage the working of labs and lab staff. Very few, mostly the labs are neglected and there is no proper system for them. To overcome this problem, we built monitoring, controlling and reporting management system. As the name says there is a controlling system to control the flow of labs, a monitoring system to monitor the labs ,the staffs and their duties, and a reporting system so the heads can be well known of the problems and the labs. The lab information must be as accurate as possible, in order to be useful in a computer or management setting the reporting and operations should be accurate and reliable and timely. Lab management system is a system that allows all the processes needed for efficiently managing data and work. to overcome all the problems and to get a more secure way to manage labs we need a lab management system that can provide all the functionally for lab systems for IT such as functions for attendance for workers, Facility monitoring, Daily reports, Staff leave form, Lab status reports and many such functions.
