dc.description.abstractUniversity Adaptation Stress and Academic Efficacy Among University Students” examines the challenges students face while adjusting to university life and how these stressors impact their academic confidence and performance. The study explores factors such as academic pressure, social adjustment, financial concerns, and environmental changes that contribute to adaptation stress. It further analyzes how this stress influences students’ belief in their ability to succeed academically (academic efficacy). The research highlights the importance of institutional support, counseling services, and coping strategies in reducing stress and enhancing students’ confidence, motivation, and overall academic success.
