The Mind of a Chronic Procrastinator: Diffusing Patterns of Delay” explores the psychological mechanisms behind persistent procrastination and strategies to reduce its impact. The study examines how factors such as fear of failure, perfectionism, low motivation, and poor time management contribute to habitual delay. It also analyzes the cognitive and emotional cycles that reinforce procrastination, including stress, guilt, and avoidance behavior. By introducing behavioral interventions, mindfulness techniques, and structured productivity methods, the research proposes ways to “diffuse” procrastination patterns and promote self-regulation, focus, and goal-oriented action
