Employees are the most valuable asset of an organisation. Every organisation has its own employee leave procedure for its employees .However, traditional leave management systems involve paperwork for employee leave/special vacation that is employee have to submit an application for vacation. The application is then approved or disapproved. Moreover employees don't know about the status of their application while being processed. To provide ease to employee and remove paper work we are going to introduce online leave management system. Here comes the Business Process Management that is for the improvement of this process. The whole process will be workflow based in which tasks and information is passed from one participant to another for some action. In our system, employee have to login into system & select apply for leave option. Fill the required form and send it for approval. This application would be receive by approval authority. Which may approve your leave or send it to another authority for further approval. So whole process will be workflow based, at the end decision that was made by approval authority on application would be sent to employee. In a result employees will stay tuned about the status of their application and the all the work is online which is time saving.
