Abstract

This 42-day internship report studies the organization Modern Pipe Mills Private Limited, a company in Pakistan that manufactures steel pipes with prompt delivery. The goal of them is to make the best quality products and enhance their performance in all aspects. They started their work in 1974 on a borazon of the local pipe and tube industry and now they are equipped with the best machinery and material. Their product is of the best quality ensuring a low maintenance cost and a longer performance life. This report listed all the products manufactured by this company. The company governance is the integrity, Transparency, Ethics, Professionalism, and Compliance. The company ruled out its principles. They work honestly and disclose to the public and customers. Many departments are run by a single board of directors including finance, marketing, IT & ERP, administration, etc. This report seeks the accounting and taxation department. The accounting department records all the expenses to maintain a financial record. Direct and indirect taxes are given responsibly by the company. Ethics are the most important thing in a company. This is very heart-touching. The company and its employees comply with these ethics. This company fully works on laws, rules, and standards that affect it most. This report gives an overview of the whole work that the company is doing and the work that I have learned in this company.
