dc.description.abstractThis project aims to develop a cross platform mobile application to assist a user in deco rating the interior of a room with the help of computer vision. Computer Vision is con cerned with the automatic extraction, analysis and understanding of useful information from a single image or a sequence of images. We will analyze the room images to pro vide related fully furnished room images to help him in further process of decorating. Now a days, people are more willing to decorate on their own than hiring an interior de signer, and in the start they tend to look for already existing fully furnished room images to have some idea in the mind regarding the kind of interior they are going for. For Ex ample, cozy, modern, childish. Every user will have its own personal account and each account will be secure and only authorize person will have access. The image taken by the user will be analyze and the related images will be shown to it. The user can also type in the keywords of what he is looking for and the related pictures will be shown to it. The individual objects like chairs, sofa etc. will be available for Augmented Reality experi ence.
