Abstract

Property Advisory and Management System (PAMS)” focuses on the record management and performance evaluation of the Real Estate agents. This system is a state of belief and has very special importance for which it is to be kept managed. The application is developed with the objective to resolve the record management problems. For which, it is using the mobile and web application technology which is by far the handiest technology. PAMS also focuses on the performance evaluation of the Agents through the reports and remarks about the deals and client as well. This reduces the chance of misunderstanding and ambiguity. Record management and performance evaluation if combined is not fully developed still it has some difficulties. As it is a new kind of system and it is a unique type of system so there are a lot of chance of it being changed at the time of development. The work on this issue has not been done by so many people so it will be a challenge
