| dc.description.abstract | From 2019 to 2021, online shopping demand has skyrocketed. Online sales have increased by a substantial margin of more than 50%. [1] Tech Shopping malls like Hafeez Center in Pakistan have little to no presence online, making them less competitive and inadequate for user needs in today's business landscape. Lack of online presence leads to fewer sales and, in some cases, cessation of the Mall. Online Virtual Mall provides a web-based application that imitates the physical shopping experience. It will provide all the usual features present in an E-commerce site. However, it will take the online shopping experience to the next level by providing a 360 degrees view of the Mall, smartphones, laptops, and other products. It will perform sentiment analysis on user reviews using Neural Networks & Deep Learning and use those results to recommend the best products, enhancing users' shopping experience and increasing sales. | |
