dc.description.abstractThough one can find various studies that have been driven on different aspects of job satisfaction and job insecurity in Pakistan however, call center is flourishing industry of the country that has long way to go in future. It has been observed that job insecurity due to different aspects results in counterproductive work behavior. Our studies can help identify how supervisor support plays a moderating role and effective commitment can play a mediating role in dealing with job insecurity and CWB of employees of telecom call center industry in Pakistan.
