Abstract

Enabling small businesses is crucial for any country to have sustainable and inclusive economic growth, especially for a developing country like Pakistan, where they account for a substantial contribution to the GDP. Innovative platforms that aim to increase small business growth are imperative. Therefore, we have developed a web platform called Dibuzz for small businesses to give them dedicated exposure. Dibuzz extends their digital presence from just social media pages and websites to a more sophisticated platform specifically designed to bring them more business. This platform offers a diverse directory of categorized small businesses with customer reviews. Customers can look for services via different search modes, make specific requests in small business categories where small business owners can make bids, and chat with small businesses on site.
