Abstract

Nobody can deny the fact that the habit of reading and writing is one of the best qualities that a person can possess. Especially for students, as this can help them immensely to develop communication skills, Knowledge increment, stress relief, a boost of innovative ideas, etc. But not everyone can reach to read and write easily because of hurdles like money, portability, time, expert writing skills, etc. With the ever-growing percentage of digitization in the world, an online reading and writing platform would be the best solution for the above-mentioned problem. As die-heart readers, we personally face many hurdles when we want to access a particular book. The old system of publishing was manual or documented or not fully online and for reading, you needed to pay manually or digitally (for eBook). There were restrictions on having expert writing skills, getting your writing proofread before publishing, etc. So, it is the need of time to develop an online platform where readers and writers can be facilitated. We aim to reduce the hurdles that writers and readers face. For this project, we are hard at work to develop a web application that provides an online platform for both amateurs and established writers to publish new user-generated stories, which readers can enjoy and access across the globe.
