Employee and Resource Management Application (ERMA)

Abstract

In business, whether it is small scale or large scale there is a need for employees and a good way of managing your employees and resources. ERMA is a system developed for small-scale businesses which has less educated and less tech-savvy employees. The application will display the monthly balance sheet and finances. It will have Multilanguage support (URDU and English) and voice notes. ERMA is being developed for the management of employees, inventory, and resources in the business. Users will be able to manage the budget of their company and they will receive the prediction of next month's expenses. Charts will be used so users can visualize things. In this application the admin will see the profiles of the worker in which it shows the record of salary, tasks assigned, tasks completed. Admin /Manager can see a project at different stages of production of the product from raw material to the final product. SMS will be generated if employees do not have a smartphone, so they receive important note
