CS103_Pharmacy Centralized System

Abstract

Our Centralized Pharmacy System is focused on providing users, on Android platform, a way of communicating with the registered pharamacists of subscribed pharmacies, operating using web system, and providing them information about the availability of the required medicine(s) nearest to their location, with the usage of maps and GPS, along with the option of delivery. Prescripted medicines will become available as well but only after it has been verified with a pharmacist. Secured account system will be implemented on both web and android which will be fully manageable except for the availability of sign up on web side. Logging in using Facebook,Gmail etc. will also be available for our users on android. Along with our main functions both modules will host different features as well, our android platform will provide users with secondary features including expert opinion,daily advice, alternative medicines, support chat, online healthcare sessions and many more planned for the future updates. Whereas, our web platform will provide multiple useful management tools such as, a complimentary point of sale system, employee management with the option to opt for premium features such as online data backup and storage, advanced reports, etc.
