Psychological Cognition refers to the mental processes involved in acquiring, processing, storing, and using information. It encompasses functions such as perception, attention, memory, language, problem-solving, and decision-making. This study explores how individuals interpret and respond to their environment through cognitive mechanisms, influenced by both internal factors (such as emotions and prior knowledge) and external stimuli. Understanding cognition is essential for analyzing human behavior, improving learning processes, and addressing mental health challenges. The research also highlights applications of cognitive principles in education, design, and everyday decision-making.
