dc.description.abstractThis thesis aims to design an IT center that encourage local talent and drives innovation. With the ongoing advancements in the technology and evolving digital era. The goal is to create a space that promotes and supports technological progress and the skill development for startups. Additionally, the objective is to meet the increasing demand for the centralized spaces that facilitate collaboration and sharing of knowledge. Exploring the IT concept & technologies that enable people to have immersive and interactive experiences. For that using the concept of mixed reality as a tool to create these experiences. There is literature review, and design explorations to understand existing theories, concepts, principles and how they can be implemented This report also presents the importance and necessity of an IT center, discussing its potential impact and the overall advancement of technology.
