Abstract

Many donors and needy people face problems. Donors sometimes are unable to go to NGOs or needy people to donate their items because of their schedule or inability to go physically. On the other hand, needy people also face problems to receive help as sometimes white collar feel reluctant to receive help from NGOs or to contact multiple people for their need because of going physically or their self-respect. Because of the communication gap and digital requirement of this era we will provide a convenient online platform for this. With just access to web browser and internet user will be able to surf our web application easily. Dream to Care is a web application base idea which allows the user to donate their used items or new items to the needy people by providing a convenient online platform to every user. There are different categories like household items, electronics for donation and for query you can also post for financial help. User can donate according to their choice and receiver can get their need fulfil without any hassle. For communication, users can initialize chat between each other through posts/queries. The data of user will be end-to-end encrypted and privacy of user will be ensured. It will also include admin so any report or any enquiry can be dealt with easily. Apart from it, admin can also post locations where free food is available for needy and hungry people in live dastarkhuwan section. The scope of this project will be further upgrade with future.
