dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research study is to examine the relationship between Emotional intelligence and Employee’s performance by exploring the mediating role of work environment and moderation of perceived organization support amongst the employees of a public sector organization (Punjab Safe Cities Authority) a project of Government of Punjab, Pakistan. The Social Exchange theory provide support to explore the relation between Emotional Intelligence and employee’s performance. A dyadic relation was used to analyze and collect the data from individual employees as well as the concern supervisors. The current study will contribute towards the area of project management and management science. Further the study will provide better support to future researcher in the area of project management to have significant knowledge about the keywords like Emotional Intelligence, Employee’s Performance, Work Environment and Perceived organizational support.
