Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of cyberbullying on employee creativity with the moderation of social support. Furthermore, psychological distress mediates the nexus between cyberbullying and employee creativity. By convenience sampling technique, data is collected from manufacturing sector through survey questionnaire. Partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) is employed to estimate the data. Results demonstrate that cyberbullying affect negatively employee creativity directly and through psychological distress. However, social support moderates the link of cyberbullying and employee creativity in such a way the high social support makes this nexus weak. The results are discussed and theoretical as well as practical implications are presented.
