dc.description.abstractThe goal of this research is to study the effect of training and development on employee performance and efficiency. The study indicates that training and development have a positive effect on employee performance. This study concludes that organization with good training programs will increase employee performance. The goal is to examine contribution of human resources management practices, including selection, training, and work planning, compensation, and performance evaluation, description of the job and staff involvement in the perceived employee’s performance. This study is aimed at motivating workers to achieve higher levels of efficiency and explains why HRM decisions influence organizational success. It is intended to enhance the current and future results, but the company should keep an eye on their performance after training, it means training requires assessment, a structured method to concentrate employee’s actions in order to achieve the objective of the organization. The study aims for an understanding of the relationship between HRM and the organizational efficiency. A training program is a workplace activity that helps workers to analyses their skills, behavior, and information relevant to their work. In this study it was discovered that training and development are available in companies and this effect on employee efficiency to meet their customer’s needs.
