Abstract

HUMAN RESOURCE SOFTWARE is used to store the information of employees in an organization. It will be developed to maintain the details of the employees. It would be simple to understand and easy to use. It would be user friendly. It would be efficient and will be able to perform many tasks of the company. This software would be developed using the powerful coding tools of visual studio with Asp.net at the front end with SQL server for database at the backend. This software would make it easier for the employees and managers to keep track of all records. It is really helpful for the employees, managers and admin. This project consist of 5 modules named as attendance, termination, resignation, employee management and decision approval. The collaboration of these modules into one application assures the perfect platform for aligning Human Resource processes along with the organizational goals. This software would bring about an easy way of maintaining the details of employees working within an organization. Also this software will maintain attendance records of all the employees.
