Abstract

In recent years, the trend of dining out has increased rapidly. The customers typically drive to the restaurant and either get their order right away or wait for it to be prepared. We want to develop an application that allows restaurants and customers to interact from food order placement to its serving, make payment, rate the restaurant, and share reviews. The customers can indicate beforehand if they want to eat on premises or takeaway the order and the restaurant owner can reserve a table or pack their food for them before they arrive. This will not only save time and provide a fully connected experience for the customers; it will also help restaurant owners grow their business by reaching new customers
