This study aims to examine the impact of lean manufacturing on environmental sustainability through the mediation and moderation of green practices and innovation culture, respectively. The study made use of the data collected through a survey for the testing of the study hypothesis. Warp PLS software was used to analyze the hypotheses. The results of the study reveal a significant positive relationship between lean manufacturing and environmental sustainability. Results, therefore, confirm that green practices mediate the relationship between lean manufacturing and environmental sustainability and that innovation culture moderates the relationship between lean manufacturing and environmental sustainability. Based on the results of the study, practical implementations are also produced.
