Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship of favouritism and corruption with job stress along with the moderating effect of organizational climate such as positive organizational climate reduces job stress and negative organizational climates increase job stress. For this study, data was collected from public sector (Cooperative department Lahore, Govt. of Punjab) through survey questionnaire.The descriptive statistics was calculated using SPSS. The confirmatory factor analysis was run in the AMOS. The scale items that meet the minimum criteria was used for calculating the reliability of the scales. The structural equation modelling (SEM) was used to test CFA for factor analysis. This research is contribute to the field of study by posing the setback in the system and suggesting practical ideas to overcome them.
