SALAM AFGHANISTAN

Abstract

In this final year project, we are going to develop an andriod tourist guide Mobile application about Afghanistan. SALAM AFGHANISTAN is an android-based application that helps users to find parks, historical, cultural places, famous afghani restaurants, and hotels in Afghanistan. This application provides an easy way for tourists to search locations and find the nearest places according to his / her current location, and also calculate the distance between the current Location with different tourist places to plan their trips easily while visiting Afghanistan. As there is no such application made before regarding Afghanistan to help tourist getting an update and correct information about Afghanistan, most of the time people who want to travel to Afghanistan they visit different websites and social media to earn information about Afghanistan. Unfortunately in most cases, different information provided by different websites makes visitors confused that which information is correct .in other hand most of the information is not correct and up to date but a lot of that information is taken from during civil wars and past decades that are not up to date and it will cause to create a negative thought on visitors mind and will cause that visitors ignore their plan of visiting Afghanistan because they might be afraid and think that traveling to Afghanistan is dangerous, while in this application users will be able to see the latest information added by admin and admin will be able to delete and add information to provide correct and updated information to users. In another way, this application will save the users money and time because the visitor does not need to spend time looking for trip guides and paying huge costs to hir them. they can easily download a single app in state of searching different websites, social media, etc the only thing they need is to download and install this app from play store on their mobile devices that support Android operating system and use it every time and everywhere.
