    I have completed my 6 weeks’ internship at hum news. I wrote the swot analysis of the company, reflective journal, training program and acknowledgement. I have learned and experience reporting, NLE and assignment of the news report. Hum news is the Pakistan's biggest news source that provides fast and accurate news reports on a variety of subjects, including politics as a whole current events, business, athletics, and others. Hum News works hard to deliver factual and objective news reporting to its audience with a committed team of journalists and reporters. In order to keep viewers informed, the network also offers analysis from experts, interviews, and unique content. It is renowned for its deep examinations of recent developments, wide reporting, and timely alerts. The channel attempts to keep viewers up to date on the most recent events in Pakistan and elsewhere in the world. Hum News is a reliable provider of information with a crew of experienced reporters and cutting-edge technologies, and it works hard to uphold journalistic ethics. Hum News makes its readers aware and interested in everything from politics to societal concerns. it provides round-the-clock coverage of the news that keeps you informed on the most recent worldwide, regional, and local events. Hum News offers you a diverse spectrum of viewpoints on the economy, politics, and social problems, from current affairs to deep dives. Talk shows, films, and special programmes are also available on the channel and cover a range of interesting subjects. Hum News is dedicated to producing high-quality journalism and aims to provide its audience with reliable and unbiased reporting. It has following departments: • Sub-Editing Department • Nonlinear Editing Department • Copywriting Department • Reporting Department • Technical Department This organization has taught me a substantial amount of expertise and skills, and the practical application of those abilities has given me sufficient experience that allowed me to accomplish the goals I had for it. Since anchoring and becoming a journalist are my main interests.

    This executive summary encompasses my enriching six-week internship experience as a Video Editor at The Think Crew. Throughout this period, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in various aspects of video editing, contributing to several projects and gaining valuable insights into the professional world of media production. My primary responsibilities included editing raw footage, refining content, and collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality video productions. I engaged with industry-standard editing software, honing my technical skills and adapting to the fast-paced, dynamic nature of the field. Additionally, I learned about different styles of storytelling, integrating creative elements to enhance the visual narrative. Working alongside seasoned professionals provided a platform to absorb knowledge and apply theoretical concepts in a practical setting. I learned the significance of effective communication and teamwork in meeting project deadlines while maintaining the creative integrity of the content. Moreover, the internship allowed me to expand my understanding of the industry's trends and best practices. Through feedback and guidance from mentors, I enhanced my ability to craft compelling visual stories, paying meticulous attention to detail, pacing, and overall visual aesthetics. In conclusion, my internship at The Think Crew was an invaluable experience that deepened my passion for video editing. The hands-on exposure and mentorship have equipped me with a solid foundation to pursue a career in this field. I'm grateful for the opportunities and experiences that have broadened my perspective and skill set in the realm of video production.
