The project envisions spaces that embrace calmness, privacy, and sensory balance, using light, shadow, materiality, and spatial sequencing to create a therapeutic atmosphere. It emphasizes safe, inclusive environments that encourage self-reflection, recovery, and personal growth. By integrating principles of healing architecture and community support, the study highlights how thoughtfully designed spaces can transform darkness into a journey of empowerment and resilience
