With a focus on site analysis, passive design strategies, energy efficiency, water management, sustainable materials, life cycle assessment, and community engagement, the report examines how the design and implementation of vocational training institutes can contribute to a better way of education and skill development for the unskilled labor force. By integrating sustainable and environmentally conscious elements, vocational training institutes can provide a conducive learning environment that enhances the employability and social mobility of individuals seeking to acquire new skills and improve their livelihoods. The findings of this report have the potential to inform architectural practices and educational policies, leading to the creation of vocational training institutes that are not only functional and aesthetically pleasing but also socially and environmentally responsible.
