Item TRY ON – The Augmented Reality Try Room Final Year(Library Information Services, COMSATS University, Lahore Campus, 2020) Aibak Shahzad , Muhammad Tayyab Hussain,; SP17-BSE-026 , SP17-BSE-008; : Aamer Mehmood, Assistant Profesor; LHR TP 7143Try On – AR Try Room is an augmented-reality fitting room solution that offers convenience to shoppers and customers. Customers can try on clothes virtually without the hassle of getting in and out of clothes. Retailers can gather crucial data about their customers' preferences and shopping behavior. In this app, we are going to have one mobile device in which we have different models of outfits which will be augmented on a human body. The real-world human body will be our target on which the outfit model will be applied by detecting the human body. And on the other side, we have an admin panel from where we can upload pictures of articles (front-side and the back-side), receives orders, and perform several admin activities. The pictures will then be uploaded and available on the customer side (on a mobile device). FoodBeast enables their users to add their food buddies to their profile and post whatever food related thoughts or media they have on their feeds. Are you really crazy about food? Then write reviews and post food related media. Usman Akram; LHR TP 7182For all database driven web applications, developers need to implement at least four CRUD (create, read, update, and delete) operations for almost every table in the database. This leads to the development of repetitive tasks of creating a web form and connecting to the database because the process of connecting and querying the database remains the same for almost all tables. Especially when there are few relationships between tables. Front-end and back-end implementation may vary from application to application, but with authentication and authorization, almost all applications will have the same functionality. There are many instant CRUD generators for various technologies, but they are almost all black boxes and difficult for developers to adapt. We bridged this gap by providing a dedicated CRUD React production tool for MERN called Full Stack App Creator that automates the implementation of the above functionality in standard REST1 mode. Our advanced tool generates application code for frontend and backend according to the specified JSON scheme without generating CRUD functions in black box. We used configurations and rules to simplify the code generation process. For NCEAC accreditation, currently, hectic paperwork is done manually. Time is wasted in printing, storing, and managing papers. Teachers use the form to fill in detail about courses including assignments, quizzes, and supporting material which is also approved by reviewers such as the teaching area in-charge. If a single document is missing from the folder then it is very difficult to arrange that document especially when the folder is of any previous semester. The folder has to be presented during the accreditation process for which it should be 100% complete. We will develop a web application which will digitize this process and will allow instant uploading documents, and adding remarks. The main objective of this project is to improve the process of accreditation by minimizing the use of paper and making document transfer and review process faster.Item #PlanMeet&Log(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus., 2021-11-20) Zain UL Haq; SP17- BSE-141; Sheeza Zaheer#PlanMeet&Log is a web-based application providing scheduling, management, and facilitation of meetings. Through our application, meetings can be planned and created in no time. Reminders would be sent to all participants in the created meeting. Each user would have a profile consisting the information of all the meetings he/she has attended or planned. Furthermore, meeting creator can add progress of everyone attending the meeting and their attendance record will be maintained. We are providing a feature of both online and offline meetings. Currently, all the details of tuning and repairing of vehicles used to be maintained manually. This is not advisable because maintenance and retrieval of information become tedious. Our Project on Car mechanic finder is fully online application that provides complete access throughout the organization and Customers in which they can login and get good experience of use. There are two main entities, one is Mechanic and second is user. Anyone who wants to provide vehicle services is a Mechanic. The mechanic provides his bio data and skills for the sake of making portfolio. This portfolio is provided to the customer whereas the customer can visualize the mechanic profile. A user can be vehicle owner who selects the car services which he wants to avail. User chooses the mechanic by viewing his profile which has detail information about Mechanic. Moreover, information about a mechanic, comments and rating should be visible on his profile. Developer on annual basis works on many software projects. Success of every project depends on two important factors time and cost. In software house, software project manager performs different managerial activities during SDLC phases to complete the project in less time with minimal cost. We are going to develop a project management tool for project manager that will help him to perform his managerial tasks in effective manner. It also helps him to control software configuration activities and estimate the project cost and time. Although there are many project management, configuration and cost estimation tools are available in the market. But there is no tool available that covers all the aspects in a single platform. Project managers use at least three different tools to perform these activities. It is too difficult for project manager to handle the activities of one project on more than two or three platforms. Therefore, it is need of the time to develop a complete Software Management tool that will help the project manager to perform all his activities through a single management platform. Our aim is to reduce the effort of the project manager. This will help in efficient searching and will let people save time and effort as manual effort will be minimized. In this modern era, we shall focus on sustainable development. The idea proposed will not only reduce time and effort but will help people in searching different places with respect to their budget and their need-based requirement. Our aim is to make a unique web application that will be different from existing a web application that deal with the same purpose.
