In Pakistan, there exists a pervasive challenge: the unavailability of a system that caters to the short-term needs of individuals for various products and items. Often, people are compelled to make full purchases even when they require these items for only a few hours or days. To address this issue, we propose a localized software application designed to connect people across Pakistan for the seamless borrowing and lending of products within the community. The concept of the application is simple. Instead of purchasing items for short time, users can connect with their Pakistani fellows who can share or lend their products or things. This idea works especially well in Pakistan because of the country's diverse economy and the need for affordable solutions. People can make money from items they don't actually use much, like electronics, tools, or household appliances, by renting them at reasonable prices. This helps promote sustainable use and gives many Pakistanis an extra source of income. Our main goal is to create a community in Pakistan that values sharing resources, cares about sustainability, and wants to improve their finances. By promoting sharing and efficient use of resources, this project can help the environment and boost people's financial well-being across the country

eProperty refers to a digital platform or system that facilitates the management, buying, selling, renting, and documentation of real estate properties through electronic means. It integrates property listings, user interactions, and transaction processes into an online environment, making real estate operations more efficient, transparent, and accessible. eProperty systems often include features such as virtual property tours, digital documentation, secure payment options, and data management tools. This approach enhances decision-making, reduces paperwork, and streamlines communication between buyers, sellers, and agents.

    ClassX
(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, 2022) Ibtasham Ali(FA18-BCS-206), Faseeh Ahmad ( FA18-BCS-055); Fareeha Iftikhar
Almost all real-life activities have been shifted to online mode due to the covid-19 pandemic. The closure of educational institutes has resulted in an unintentional shift to e-learning. The integration of information technology in the education sector has proved to be beneficial. Teachers and students have opted for several platforms such as blackboard learn, google classroom, MS Teams, etc. All these platforms have their pros and cons. Keeping in view the merits and demerits of the existing system we proposed a new system i.e., ClassX. This system will be more efficient and convenient. Our project aims to provide a completely online class management solution. Our system would enable the students and the instructors to experience the traditional classroom environment, promoting collaborative learning, improving social skills, building organisational skills, and shaping their career-building qualities.
