In Pakistan, there exists a pervasive challenge: the unavailability of a system that caters to the short-term needs of individuals for various products and items. Often, people are compelled to make full purchases even when they require these items for only a few hours or days. To address this issue, we propose a localized software application designed to connect people across Pakistan for the seamless borrowing and lending of products within the community. The concept of the application is simple. Instead of purchasing items for short time, users can connect with their Pakistani fellows who can share or lend their products or things. This idea works especially well in Pakistan because of the country's diverse economy and the need for affordable solutions. People can make money from items they don't actually use much, like electronics, tools, or household appliances, by renting them at reasonable prices. This helps promote sustainable use and gives many Pakistanis an extra source of income. Our main goal is to create a community in Pakistan that values sharing resources, cares about sustainability, and wants to improve their finances. By promoting sharing and efficient use of resources, this project can help the environment and boost people's financial well-being across the country

eProperty refers to a digital platform or system that facilitates the management, buying, selling, renting, and documentation of real estate properties through electronic means. It integrates property listings, user interactions, and transaction processes into an online environment, making real estate operations more efficient, transparent, and accessible. eProperty systems often include features such as virtual property tours, digital documentation, secure payment options, and data management tools. This approach enhances decision-making, reduces paperwork, and streamlines communication between buyers, sellers, and agents.

With the Covid-19 pandemic sweeping the globe, almost all aspects of life have been shifted online and moved to the digital world of applications. The closure of educational institutes has resulted in an unplanned shift to e-learning. While the integration of information technology in education has indeed proved to be beneficial and has excelled worldwide, in-person interactions have not been perfected yet. Our project aims to focus on providing a completely online university experience eliminating the absence of face- to-face interaction. Our website would enable the students and the instructors to experience the traditional classroom environment, promoting collaborative learning, improving social skills, building organizational skills, and shaping their career building qualities. The website will fully fill the sudden shift which is caused by the pandemic in recent times.

We will develop a system which will provide a platform where the complete FYP process will be managed. The students will be able to register themselves and afterward they will create their groups and choose their supervisors and submit their project proposals. Teachers can read the proposals which they'll accept or reject and provide suggestions in the faculty dashboard. Head of FYP committee will assign the projects randomly through our system to the committee for the analysis and approvals. Through our system, supervisors will be able to track the progress of their respective groups which in result will save a lot of time for both students and supervisors. Also, there will be a module that will check whether the report is plagiarized or not.

The global impact of Covid-19 is multifaceted and is clearly manifested in almost all sectors, particularly the health, economic, and education sectors. Since the announcement of the virus as a pandemic in January 2020, there has been a plethora of daily reports on its impact on the lives of millions across the world. Accordingly, every country’s primary concern has become to diminish the spread of the virus and alleviate its effects on society in general, and the most vulnerable communities[1]. According to UNESCO reports, more than 1.5 billion students in about 165 countries have been affected by the lockdown of schools and campuses. As a result, schools, colleges, and universities were forced to shift in some way or another to online learning as a replacement for on-site delivery. A solution to this problem is needed, although there are many platforms out there that are facilitating this cause in some way shape or form. Such as Google classroom, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Turnitin, etc. Each with its own advantages and limitations. that is economical and easy to use. Our final year project also an effort in this regard, a solution to this problem that is easy to use. It takes inspiration from these existing systems and tries to mimic their quality features while minimizing their limitations.

An EXAM is a very handy tool to test the ability of any person in any field. Most of the biggest organization used this handy tool for selecting or examine the person for any specific task. Here are some examples like organization conduct the ENTRY TEST to check the ability of the person that whether the person can enter and survive or eligible for this field or not. In Pakistan, Every year many organizations conduct numerous numbers of exams and a huge community has to take participate in it. And this is the very hectic job that can be done by an organization successfully and after this step, there are also many other steps to do to select the capable and effective person for the specific task and others step also very hectic job to do all of these steps successfully. As the name of our final year project title “TEST-PEDIA” suggests, our aim or goal is solving the same problem or struggle of the organization by providing them, an Automated or Intelligent Modern software. This software or tool will help in “Filtering or Screening” a bunch of recruiters and students automatically based on the customized filters or checks such as filtering candidates based on their ability which we test through the exam, educational history, experience, etc; given or mentioned by an organization. We also aim or committed to providing an efficient system or tool which will help to define the “Merit Pattern” for an organization and then by applying the same pattern we obtain the required data from candidate information and filtering them accordingly. It will surely help in saving a lot of time and struggle of an organization or even can do their work with more efficient and error-free work. Conventionally, the human in the organization manually performs the all work like enroll the candidate for the test, do all the security arrangements for making the exam, after that make all the arrangements to conduct the test successfully after that make sure that all the exam is checking accurately and finally after that make the merit and filtering of the candidate to choose the correct and capable person for the task, which is tedious and arduous.so, this software provides us the opportunity to build more valuable scenarios in less time. This system reduces management staff, cost per hire, merit calculation, accounts maintenance, makes the exam secure, and minimizes the chance that there is not any candidate who is select which is not capable of this task. It determines the optimized talent pool and that selects the qualified candidates. Using this system, merit formulas can be optimized to the user, ensuring that the best candidate is perfectly matched to the right place. Marks in the test, Marks in academic history parameters for selecting applicants. We are committed to delivering a transparent and efficient system that can prove very helpful and handy for an organization and deduce the chance of disappearance and dishonesty and help the organization to choose the right candidate.
