Item Impact of Servant Leadership on Project Success, mediating role of Team Cohesion and moderating role of Project Complexity(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, 2025) Abdullah Zia; SP23-RPM-002; Dr. Khawaja Fawad Latif; LHR TP 9827This study examines the relationship between Project Success (PS) and Servant Leadership (SL), with Project Complexity (PC) acting as a moderator and Team Cohesion (TC) as a mediator. Project-based enterprises in Pakistan, which mostly employ servant leadership, provide the precise backdrop for the study. Using an online survey form, information was gathered from 193 workers employed by various project businesses in Pakistan. The findings indicate a positive correlation between project success and servant leadership. It is also demonstrated that team cohesion has a mediating role. Apart from the aforementioned, the results do not determine the moderating nature of project complexity. Our study offered a fresh perspective on the intricate interactions between our factors and practical recommendations for project based businesses. Centered on Resource based view(RBV) and Social exchange theory(SET) this study explores how servant leaders creates a supportive environment for their team members thus creating a resource and enhancing team unity to which team members reciprocate by being more motivated and engaged in work leading toward project success.
