The scope of Graph Theory is expanding day by day. ‘ In this thesis, we computed some topological indices, Co-indices and reverse degree- based indices such as ffirst‘ and ‘second Zagreb‘co-index, first and‘second multiple ‘Zagreb co-index‘forgotton‘topological co-index, atom bond‘connectivity co- index,‘geometric arithmetic co-index , Balaban index and general‘Randic index ‘for‘∝ = 1, −1, 1 2 , − 1 2 ‘for Calcium Hydroxide. My thesis comprising of five chapters. In the first chapter, we will define some basic definitions. In the 2nd chapter, we will find topological indices of Calcium Hydroxide structure. In the 3rd chapter, we will find topological Co-Indices of Calcium Hydroxide structure. In the 4th chapter, we will find reverse degree based topological indices of Calcium Hydroxide structure. We will focus on the bond additive invariant, new bond additive invariant especially Mostar invariant, edge Mostar invariant and Total Mostar invariants of some graphs like Hydrogen Depleted molecular graph of Vulcanized Rubber and Poly-Methyl Methacrylate(PMMA).Item Molecular Interpretation Of Indium Phosphate Using(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, 2021) Waqar Asghar; FA19-RMT-061; Dr. Sana Javed; LHR TP 7403This study presents a molecular interpretation of indium phosphate using chemical graph theory and structural modeling approaches. Indium phosphate is analyzed at the molecular level by representing its atomic structure as a graph, where vertices correspond to atoms and edges correspond to chemical bonds. The research focuses on understanding the structural arrangement, bonding characteristics, and topological properties of the compound. Various molecular descriptors and topological indices are computed to capture the physicochemical behavior of the material. The study highlights how graph-theoretical techniques can be used to interpret the stability, reactivity, and electronic properties of indium phosphate, providing a mathematical framework for analyzing complex inorganic materials.Item On Expected Values of Some Chemical Indices in the Random Phenylene Chains(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, 2021) MUNEEBA; CIIT/FA19-RMT-063/LHR; Dr. Sarfraz Ahmad; LHR TP 7426Chemical graph theory is an interdisciplinary field where the molecular structure of a chemical compound is analyzed as a graph. In recent years, numerous chemical indices have been proposed. In this thesis, we determine some topological indices and the ex- pected values of these indices. We explore some indices known as the Zagreb indices (including redefined forms of the Zagreb indices), the forgotten topological index, the reduced reciprocal Randic index and the reduced second Zagreb index of some random Phenylene and the random Cyclooctane chains. Later this, we look at the Zagreb Con- nection indices of some metal trihalides. Moreover, we make a comparison among the expected values of these indices and give a graphical representation respecting these ran- dom chains and metal trihalides.
