    Human resource management is the term which is utilized to characterize conventional framework which masterminded of administration of individuals of an organizations or company. People who belong to HR department of organizations are occupied with employing, preparing, advancement, pay, inspiration, correspondence, and organization. The goal of HRM is the fruitful usage of individuals to accomplish hierarchical objectives. HRM has advanced through a few periods of the modern upset, worker's organization, logical administration, Behavioral science, and human relations. Hence, HRM has subbed the term Personnel Management. Human resource management (HRM) is not some small field in any organization but it has become a broader field as time has passed. At first it was considered as a sub area of management but nowadays HRM consist of its own different sub areas. One of the major sub-areas is recruitment and selection. Recruitment and selection is the process of observing the need for a job, specifying the requirements of the position and the job holder, publicizing the position, and selecting the most suitable person for the job. A powerful and productive recruitment process can decrease costs, with this organization efficiency can be improved and guarantee that the best person with certain ability is determined, pulled in and utilized into the organization.
