In this age, every field is being digitized and our reliance on cognitive machines is increasing. The traffic load, especially in metropolitan areas and on highways, can be efficiently monitored by introducing smart systems and automated traffic management tools. For the past 3 years, the NVIDIA AI City Challenge has been around with it getting great response each year. They aim at providing real-time videos of traffic data to aid in analyzing the traffic conditions which in turn helps us in effective decision making regarding our cities to make them intelligent and safe. We will employ futuristic algorithms on the NVIDIA AI city datasets to develop a model which is capable of determining all the possible anomalies present the traffic data. Ultimately, we aim at facilitating the current traffic surveillance systems by automating their task.
