During the COVID-19 pandemic, it has been very difficult for many people to go to the hospitals because of the increased number of cases day by day. Although the pandemic rise has fallen but people still face difficulties while consulting with doctors by going to the hospitals. Some people have issues while finding doctors according to their respective disease or illness. Sometimes hospital hours of doctors don’t meet with the patient timings. PATIENT CARE is a web based medical/health service provider which delivers functionality similar to that of a hospital. Most health care applications provide common features like searching doctors according to their specialization in respective medical fields and in which hospital that doctor is providing services. PATIENT CARE delivers all the expected features of a Medical/health service System. However, the features that distinguish PATIENT CARE from any other Medical/health service provider are facility of Video consultation through Google Meet Link and Chatbot so the users can benefit from the services without having to change the platforms frequently. It also provides people with the home service for check-ups.
