    Textile Industry plays an important role in the development of Pakistan. It is the backbone of our economy. To make garments raw fabric is produced. It is a 100% export-oriented unit and growing day by day. Shahkam Industries is a knitwear industry and it’s headquartered is in Lahore, Pakistan. It was established in 1992 by Muhammad Kamil Butt. Now it’s exporting garments to the famous brand in Europe, North America. Shahkam Industries has expanded its manufacturing capabilities and has developed its international buyers. Shahkam Industries also own its 1 brand named ‘ONE’, ONE is very famous brand in Pakistan. Shahkam Industries offers many welfare programs. These programs and schemes develop well-being and progress of its employees. The main products of Shahkam are polo T-shirt, double Jersey, polo hoody, jeans etc. This internship report covers the introduction of the industry, rules and regulations of Shahkam Industries, organizational structure, and hierarchy of upper management. There are many departments which are interconnected with each other, and some departments are Merchandising, Fabric Dyeing, Garment Washing / Dyeing, Yarn Store, Store, Knitting, Denim Stitching Units, Printing, PPC, Design, and warehouse. The report presents a comprehensive overview of all the tactics and policies of Shahkam Industries Industry. The marketing techniques and working of all the departments has been discussed in this report. All departments are inter-connected. The working environment, the overall system, the commitment of employees and workers’ satisfaction are reasons for success of Shahkam Industries.
