    Askari Bank D-Block DHA EME Multan Road, Lahore

    From July 21, 2023, to September 31, 2023, I completed a six-week internship at the Islamic Banking Branch of Askari Bank Limited. This was a crucial part of the BBA program at Comsat University Lahore, Islamabad, which required real-world immersion. My time at the bank presented me with priceless experiences that contributed substantially to my professional development. The banking sector is a vital element in all nations' economies, being susceptible to the global environment. My report begins with a profile of Askari Bank Limited's past before diving into a comprehensive overview of banking. It delves further into the organizational structure and clarifies the goods and services that are provided to clients. A detailed overview of the AKBL branch's operational divisions and their corresponding departments is also given. Throughout the span of six weeks, the actions and responsibilities completed during an internship in a banking environment are divided into weekly segments, offering valuable understanding of daily operations. Additionally, the overall education obtained during this duration is taken into consideration. Using a SWOT analysis, the most significant advantages, disadvantages, prospects, and risks are determined. The analysis encourages contemplation of the primary obstacles faced. The focus is on educational objectives that encompass the acquired and developed knowledge relating to the toughest mission tackled by the bank thus far. At the end of the report, there are additional documents that supplement the study with more records. A rundown of the discoveries, improvement proposals, and references are given in conclusion.
