Understanding the work environment is very important for research, and physical working environment objectives, and other factor of the organization that is link with the work performance. The purpose of the research is to provide the academy literature review, and understand the environment, and information about physical working environment that impact on the organization performance, and their employees. Physical working environment, and pandemic situation take the test of leaders how leaders take decision in particular situation. Research about physical working environment given the important information, and explore the data that can also help the leaders of the organization to take the effective decisions. It can also help to increase the productivity level in physical environment. The leaders who use the data of physical working environment that can help the success of the organization.
