    Effects of Organizational Agility on Organizational Competitiveness with a Mediating Role of Organizational Learning Capabilities

    The continuous global changes can cause potential opportunities and risks hence it is indispensable for organizations to be agile in order to sustain success. The proposed study is aiming to investigate organizational agility, organizational competitiveness, and organizational learning capabilities. The study explored the contributions of organizational agility and learning capabilities in an organization for gaining organizational competitiveness. This paper also pinpoints relevant theoretical framework counting theory of dynamic capabilities by Teece and contingency theory by Fiedler. The data is collected from the manufacturing sector targeting a shoe industry. Data is analyzed using SPSS and different statistical tests such as validity, reliability, internal consistency and correlation used for data analysis purpose. Findings of this study may highlight the strategic value of organizational agility and learning capabilities to enhance competitiveness in organizations.
