Bid Bazaar

Bid Bazaar is a concept that is designed for Pakistani users keeping in mind the need of customers to get their desired items sell or buy used items at one online marketplace from the ease of sitting at their home. Choosing a project like Bid Bazaar is a difficult choice because people in Pakistan do not choose online shopping due to trust issues also, they are not as used to using technology, so they need time to adjust to kind the new automation change. To cope with this challenge, the Bid Bazaar concept would be designed in accordance to keep in mind the customer’s point of view and the user-friendliness target to achieve. We have planned to target many categories of daily use like from your house furniture to your closet, all such daily used items can be auctioned by you as well as the vendors to the end users. The payment method will be very effective to take secure transactions. The packages of our bid system will be provided to users according to their affordability. User and customer satisfaction is the main goal.

There are several organizers and decorators out there, but, if we talk about their accessibility, the only place to find them is social media which is a broad platform and even on social media, finding a decorator or event organizer of your own choice is not that easy. Same goes for the event organizers, who only rely on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp to run their business but don’t have a proper platform to reach out the public. Having a proper platform where all relevant people (event organizers and Clients) can contact in a user-friendly way can be so helpful in this field of work.

So we are providing the solution for the major need of life considering that a million houses are built in a single year, finding a good contractor is a big challenge in the construction industry. By using our app the user will get ease in many processes. We will provide an authentic platform where constructor will coordinate with the clients and both clients and constructors will get the benefits. Clients will be our main audience because our app will provide major facilities to our clients and we will include numbers of daily wagers in our application which will help clients to directly contact them.
E-Book Application

As of 2011, a survey was conducted by Li within the academic domain which further proposed a study that among all survey respondents over half of the respondents preferred and used electronic books in their work. According to the research, 2 billion books are produced in the US alone annually which requires the consumption of 32 million trees. One A4 sheet takes 10 litres of water to be produced. No harm can overshadow the alarming environmental harm our planet goes through to produce paper for the books each year. It is depleting our water and destructing our planet by adding to the global warming crisis. No matter how successful a business is, there comes a time when you need to find a new sales channel. Printed books have reigned the world for thousands of years, but now it is time for it to evolve too. In this digital era where everyone is shifting towards online business, e-books have also gained immense importance amongst people. The rapid increase of e-Books has modified the interface of library catalogues by providing the members with access to more information. Rosso identified the main purpose in preferring e-books to include mobility, saving physical space, saving time and money, and ease-of-use while enhancing the learning process. A person can carry the utmost 2 to 3 books with himself anywhere to read, instead of packing a ton of books to read; he can download an e-book application so he could carry thousands of books without weighing less with him throughout the world wherever he goes. Every time a person requires reading a book, he has to go to a book shop and buy the book on his own but the e-book application enables the user to download books that save the user time of going somewhere to buy the hardcopy as well as the printing cost. Digital books let the user read his favourite books on the go with enabling him to get all the information he requires under a single screen. Hence, our final year project proposes a solution to all these problems by creating an E-book Application that has all the required features which the other applications lack and in a low pricing model. We will make a complete web application for online reading.
Fitness Application

In the age of hectic work routines and busy schedules, we intend to build a fitness app which will help people to keep track of their fitness goals. It will also have the feature for its users to discover nearby suitable gyms and appropriate trainer facilities according to their aims. This app will help people improve their physical fitness by providing them all sorts of information on working out, diet, gyms and trainers on a single platform. Our user can have chat with trainer so that he can get the best advice from the professional trainers. It is also the opportunity for trainers and gyms who can sign up to our applications and sell their services.
LAD e-Learning System

E-learning concept in Pakistan is increasing day by day and becoming popular among new generation. World has become a global village due to advance and modern communication. As our whole body is connected to brain with one central nervous system, whole world is connected with each other with the vast network of communication system. As e-learning is already very popular in western world and Government of Pakistan is also changing its policy for advancement of Pakistan. So, we as a nation also have to do our part in this whole movement to keep up with the pace of the western world. We along with “Lahore Institute of Animation and Design” [1] decided to take an initiative in this regard as we have decided to make a one stop and one click platform for whole Pakistani students for e-learning purpose. As we didn’t have access to far areas of Pakistan and students living there wanted to be registered in this platform for skill building and training purpose in animation field. These students were unable to come to Lahore as it is costly to live here for six months away from home. After doing some research we came to know that we don’t have access to such a big market physically but internet has connected everyone. To implement the above discussed global village concept, we are going to make an online platform so that we can capture a big market through digital marketing to insist them to use our online platform as it will solve their most of problems regarding moving physically to Lahore from far areas.
MIRS (Music Instrument Rental System)

Instruments are a great source of entertainment and every person has some type of vibes and taste about specific instrument. If one can afford, he can buy that instrument and pass his leisure time in a good way. But, if someone cannot afford a certain instrument and that instrument is also not available in market easily then what would be the solution of that? There are a lot of platforms of sale and purchase of instruments but most of them do not offer renting facility of those instruments. So, basically we are providing an easy platform where one can rent any instrument of any type by agreeing on terms and conditions defined by stakeholders. Moreover, one can easily enrol himself in a music learning course offered by an instructor. We are providing a platform for users including seller, buyer, renter, rentee, music instructor and student.
NCEAC Compliance Portal

The NCEAC is an accreditation authority that looks after accreditation of institutes and gives them appropriate ratings. For NCEAC accreditation, currently, hectic paperwork is done manually. Time is wasted in printing, storing, and managing papers. Teachers use the form to fill in detail about courses including assignments, quizzes, and supporting material which is also approved by reviewers such as the teaching area in-charge. If a single document is missing from the folder then it is very difficult to arrange that document especially when the folder is of any previous semester. The folder has to be presented during the accreditation process for which it should be 100% complete. We will develop a web application which will digitize this process and will allow instant uploading documents, and adding remarks. The main objective of this project is to improve the process of accreditation by minimizing the use of paper and making document transfer and review process faster.
PETSVET-Online Doctor and Boarding Facilities Final Year Project

The idea behind this project is to facilitate pet owners. The project also includes e- commerce facilities for necessary items like food, and accessories. Not only they will be able to book regular check-up appointments with our highly certified vets but also purchase food and accessories through our website. It also includes a boarding facility to leave your pets in a safe and healthy environment for the times the owner is away. All the boarding institutes will have their packages designed according to the facilities provided to the pets. The owner can decide which package they would like to opt for. There will be complete indoor facility for the pets with permanent staff which is qualified. Terms and conditions will be applied for the services. They will pay according to the number of days and the chosen package before leaving.
RecycleIT

In 2013, Americans generated about 254 million tons of trash and recycled and composted about 87 million tons of this material, equivalent to a 34.3 percent recycling rate only. It is difficult, costly and in the coming years will be almost impossible to separate disposable and non-disposal material in factories. Recycling must take place at homes. Simply separating plastic, glass and consumables is not enough Considering the huge problem of plastic pollution, all over the world, a single person mixing the wrong type of trash or garbage items can ruin the entire wastage disposal process. This causes our environment to remain polluted and unhygienic for longer period of time. The motivation behind this project is to facilitate people in helping a recycler. Without going through the tedious activity of learning and differentiating each object to dispose, leaving that to our software to do, it also promotes a sense of good will by providing citizens the facility to report trash littered all over the city with the click of a button. Plastic and other hard to dispose trash variants have been the cause of serious pollution. Burning of these materials is damaging sea life and human life causing many other environmental issues. Our project seeks to aim at helping people recycle better by identifying and categorizing objects into recyclable, disposable and other categories.
Security Services Application

We are working on a project that will provides different services to our users. These services are provided through skilled persons of their fields. The purpose of developing this platform is to provide major facilities of life like security and other necessary needs. This application will provide a user-friendly environment in which all technicians of different fields with their profile and specifications will show to the user. The user must select the services provider according to his needs. He can view his profile and rating. The user will select a service and provide some details of his work and then estimated cost will be shown to the user. After the completion of his work the user will be able to give rating, feedback and suggestions. In case if Service Provider will not appear at the given time user can complain against that Service Provider. They will make payment after availing the certain service which means cash on delivery.

Tournament Engine is a website that provides a platform for Gaming and sports tournament. Our platform can create and organize tournaments and give a facility to users to create and organize tournaments. Players can register themselves in platform, and the tournament of their favorite games and sports, win prizes, and show off their skills through our be 7 a part of gaming and sport community.

An administrator will manage and monitor all the tasks and services that are provided by the service provider to the customer. Xs Support will give skilful people to earn a handsome amount by providing their services to the relevant people. The system will be user friendly as our project focus is to make our website easier to use for every kind of user and we will do that by providing highly interactive Graphic User interface. The main purpose of our project is to provide a platform for service providers and customers. An administration will provide help if the customer and service provider will need that.
