    The documentation is about the internship completed by Syeda Aysha Shah (CIIT/FA20- BAF-068/LHR) in Forward Sports (Pvt) Ltd, Wazirabad road Sialkot for the time span of 6 weeks (17th July-25th August). This report contains a thorough analysis of Forward Sports (pvt) Ltd. The research done to investigate the operation of this unique company is based not only on collecting and compiling information through lectures, internet, articles and other sources, but the analysis described shows a pragmatic perspective that was not possible before not working in such a company. . to the environment. This article begins with a description of the nature, background and vision and mission of Forward Sports. The Report has mainly be segmented into four parts. First part consists of history along with the vision and mission statement of the organization. Second part throws light on the structure of the company and after it the SWOT analysis is being done along with the marketing and competitive strategies and business process analysis having different depart mental’s profile. The last part pertains wholly to the experience of the intern the duties, accomplishments, problems facing etc. In short; the last part discusses how the intern had to complete this internship report facing all the obstacles because they say there is no easy way to success.
