    National Transmission and Dispatch Company (NTDC) Pakistan was incorporated on 6th November, 1998 and initiated business operation on 24th December, 1998. It was structured to assume control over every one of the properties, rights and resources commitments and liabilities of 220KV and 500KV Grid Stations and Transmission Lines/Network possessed by Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA).
